This cottage is newly constructed, 2019, in the fastest growing area of Winter Park and Fraser, Grand Park. Grand Park hosts the only Movie Theater and Bowling Alley (The Foundry Cinema and Bowl), community trails, and disc golf in the summer and groomed cross country ski trails in the wintertime. The Grand Elk neighborhood is located close to restaurants and bars in the Town of Fraser, a short half-mile walk to the Fraser Valley Center with dining options.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean and cozy house. We loved it. Great location for the national park. Would definitely love to return.

Beautiful home. Everything is as expected. Plenty of room, hot tub wonderful. My family was there over the Thanksgiving Holiday, weather was great and the views in the surrounding areas were amazing.
