We had a wonderful stay in Winter Park! The house itself is absolutely beautiful, a three-story townhouse with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our family of 10. There was more than enough room for everyone, and we really appreciated how the layout allowed for privacy when needed. The home is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive from start to finish. We live on the coast in the southern tip of Texas, so adjusting to the altitude made breathing a bit difficult for us the first night. We reached out to the host to request fans for extra airflow, honestly thinking it might not be possible given that it was 21 degrees outside. To our surprise, they made it happen, and we truly appreciated the effort and care they showed. Overall, this was a great experience, and we’re very grateful for the hospitality. We would absolutely recommend this home and host to anyone visiting Winter Park.

We really enjoyed our stay. Initially upon arrival, there was lots of snow in the driveway. We were able to park, only concern was getting in and out of an incline. There was salt to help with snow but maybe suggestions on clearing out the driveway of snow. There is a train that is very loud so keep that in mind bring ear plugs. The fireplace was easy as it wasn’t the kind you place logs in and start yourself which we kind of were a little excited about the crackling but it was a sufficient heater and cozy vibe. The screen door kept falling off on the main floor which was difficult when we wanted to step out on the porch. Some hardware in bathrooms were loose and falling off with little touch. There was plenty of room just get ready for elevation and climbing stairs from the lower level (two flights to the top). If you’re not used to elevation, get a place with a bed on the main floor so no need to get out of breathe for older folks. Trash can outside was full and piling. Needs work.
