The 10-person new gondola at Winter Park Resort is 200 yards from the lobby door of Founders Pointe. Take a break from skiing and walk back to the condo for lunch or to warm-up. Winter Park Resort Base Village also has shopping, restaurants, and bars for your entertainment.

The GOOD: Unit is as represented. We liked that the unit is large, clean and well equipped. The LESS GOOD: The inner communicating doors between the unit and the neighbour is inconvenient for noise and for smells. You can hear everything that is said and you can smell all that the neighbours cook or smoke. Weed has a very strong smell.

Great condo with fantastic location to Winter Park Village. It is a walk across the street. Host communicated well to ensure everything was as expected and we had everything we needed.
